AGREEMENT TO ENROLL IN THE PERSONAL PROTECTION ALLIANCE – FULLY PAID
If you enroll in a FULLY PAID MEMBERSHIP in The Personal Protection Alliance, you unconditionally agree to be billed the on-going monthly membership fee of $39.95, the “Current Monthly Membership Fee.” You further agree that this monthly billing will continue until such time that you request your membership be canceled by calling us, deactivating your membership on our site or sending us an email requesting cancellation of your membership. You may cancel your membership at any time.

If you accept a FREE TRIAL MEMBERSHIP in The Personal Protection Alliance, you unconditionally agree to be billed the on-going monthly membership fee of $39.95, the “Current Monthly Membership Fee.” (This ongoing monthly membership fee of $39.95 will apply at the end of the trial period.) You further agree that this monthly billing will continue until such time that you request your membership be canceled by calling us, deactivating your membership on our site or sending us an email requesting cancellation of your membership.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL TRIAL MEMBERSHIP OFFERS REQUIRE YOU TO WATCH AN INTRODUCTION VIDEO AND THEN CONFIRM THAT YOU ACCEPT THE TRIAL MEMBERSHIP OFFER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANYONE BE ENROLLED IN A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT THEIR SPECIFIC CONFIRMATION AFTER VIEWING THE INTRODUCTION VIDEO.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel at any point in your membership. Your membership will end and you will not be billed for any membership fees moving forward. You can immediately cancel your membership on the Dashboard page. Or you can contact us by phone (801-512-2545) or email with the subject line, “Cancel my PPA Membership”. We respond to emails as quickly as possible, often within 24 hours (unless it’s the weekend).
Refund Policy
We are delighted to offer a cancellation and full refund of the current month’s membership fee upon request. Simply contact us by phone (801-512-2545) or email with the subject line, “PPA Refund Request”. We respond to emails as quickly as possible, often within 24 hours (unless it’s the weekend). Once processed, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.
False Claims
Having agreed to enter into an agreement to subscribe to The Personal Protection Alliance and with the clear understanding that you may cancel at any time on our site, by phone or email, you agree that any claims or representations you make to your bank or financial institution regarding your lack of knowledge or lack of authorization of the monthly Personal Protection Alliance membership fee will be considered a false statement made to a financial institution, for which you will be fully liable. As such, since you fully acknowledge your agreement to enroll in The Personal Protection Alliance, in the event that you request a refund of the current monthly membership fee through your bank, rather than through The Personal Protection Alliance, you authorize us to contest any and all chargebacks and agree to withdraw your request to your financial institution and contact us requesting cancellation/refund, which will be applied immediately.
